Building Use
At Penfield United Methodist Church, community is important. As part of the Penfield area community, we are happy to offer the use of our building/facilities to outside groups.
We currently host Scouting groups, local musical groups for rehearsals & community events. If you're looking for a space, please take a look at the rooms we have available; we can accommodate groups both large and small!
Applications must be submitted for building use & approved by our Board of Trustees. Applications can be submitted online by clicking on the button below, or in-person in the church office.

Our Fellowship Hall is a large, open space with tables and chairs available. There is a large screen TV with HDMI hookup & a small kitchenette. Perfect for showers, receptions, parties & more!

The 9:00AM Sunday Worship Service is held in our beautiful Sanctuary. We also host weddings, funerals/memorial services & other special events.
The sanctuary features our pipe organ, which was built by Parsons Pipe Organ Builders in Canandaigua, NY. It was installed in the fall of 1990.
There are 16 stained glass windows in the Sanctuary that were designed and constructed by members and friends of PUMC between 1989 – 1997. They illustrate the life of Christ in 8 pictorial and 8 scripture windows.
The Sanctuary has a number of pews separated by one center aisle. All requests for use of the Sanctuary must be approved by the Pastor.

Our Parlor is a comfortable space with couches, comfortable chairs & additional seating available using folding chairs.
Our chancel choir and bell choir rehearse in this space, which also features a piano. There is a small kitchenette attached to the parlor with a sink and fridge for serving refreshments.
This space is perfect for small groups who are looking for a cozy setting for meetings or events.

Our Junior High room was recently re-painted and a message wall added by our Scouts.
It has a conference table with seating for 8, and additional chairs are available. There is also a TV/DVD player available in this room.

Located next to the Junior High room, this is a larger space with a couch & 2 separate sitting areas. It was recently re-painted and updated by our Scouts.
There is a large white board, a TV/DVD player & a foosball table.
