9:00 Worship in the Sanctuary
This time of worship is liturgical in style but is warm and welcoming, not stuffy or formal. We follow an order of worship and utilize the pipe organ and more traditional hymns. Our Chancel Choir and Bell Choir use their gifts to enhance our worship experience.

10:45 Worship in the Ministry Center (Fellowship Hall)
Our 10:45 Worship features a praise band and is casual, conversational and free-flowing. Worship incorporates praise songs, prayer, scripture and a message. We also take time for prayer and reflection at prayer centers that focus on a theme or season.

Plan Your Visit
Please use the driveway to the left when facing the church building to access the large parking lot in the back.
From the parking lot, walk under the covered walkway to enter the building, the sanctuary is on your right, coat racks are on your left.
The Ministry Center (Fellowship Hall) is down the hallway directly across from the entry doors and to the right just after the double doors.
Worship is for everyone and children are always welcome! Both worship services include a special message for children.
Child care is provided in our newly refreshed nursery for infants to children 5 years of age.
We love to offer hospitality! Join us for coffee, tea, lemonade and light refreshments after our 9am service. Coffee is also available during our 10:45 worship service.
Celebrating communion is an opportunity to receive God’s grace in a real and tangible way. We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of the month and at other times throughout the year. In the United Methodist Church, the table is open to anyone who seeks to respond to Christ’s love and to lead a new life of peace and love; all, including children, are invited to receive.
Our building is fully accessible and handicapped parking spaces are available near the main door. Our sanctuary is equipped with an audio loop for the hearing impaired, and large print hymnals are all available – please see an usher for more information.
We care about you being in worship, not what you are wear to worship! You will find people dressed in everything from jeans and sneakers to dresses, sport coats and ties. Dress comfortably – we do!
We believe all that we are and all that we have comes from the hand of God. Giving our offering is an act of worship in gratitude for all God has done for us.
If you are visiting with us, we ask that you be our guest. If Penfield United Methodist is your home, we ask you to prayerfully consider regularly giving a tithe or offering to the church in support of our ministry.
Offering envelopes are available in each pew in the sanctuary. If you would like your own set of offering envelopes, please contact the church office.
