WINGS small group
WINGS (Women In Nurture, Growth, Support and Service). We meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday mornings at 10:00am. Our studies have included books on contemporary subjects, Bible Study books and presently we are studying the Gospel of Luke to understand its historical importance and how it relates to our lives today. At present, these lessons and discussions are restricted to email. Sharing of prayer concerns are a part of all our gatherings.
We also enjoy food and fellowship through luncheons a couple of times a year.
Our service projects have included sock collections for Eastern Service Workers and sale of Holiday Treats for the Fellowship Hall Fund. We presently have 11 members. We invite others to join us!
